Our full-service Production team is able to manage the entire process from start to finish – from booking the venue to choosing a menu.

When you book your event with us, you are placed in the hands of an experienced team of professionals, each dedicated to the event process, who are by your side every step of the way. Each team has a Lead Producer, along with Assistants – all with specialized talents, yet work together. The Production team will guide you through the main planning elements of the event, such as booking photographers, videographers, entertainment and cakes, to menu planning and reviewing contracts. They are also responsible for overseeing all of your design-related vendors including, flowers, linens, lighting, and more. Last, but not least, they create event logistics, details of the event including installation schedules and wedding weekend itineraries.
Our Producers work with you to create custom planning calendars with important due dates and deadlines, along with estimated financials. By working both creatively and collectively from the start, you can leave the details to us and enjoy every minute of your special day.
